Long Island Housing Market
Housing Prices seem to be stabilizing – as there is little change from the closed median selling price from one year ago. Sales numbers for pending sales did increase dramatically from one year ago – but that is largely due to the end of the sales incentives on April 30 last year. Available inventory is up also this year – probably for the same reason.
